Day 2 of cold-turkey coffee detox and I feel terrible! [This week I had too much coffee to the point that my heart was racing, and then I figured out that I probably need to give it up anyways, and now I am not reaping the benefits, although I think I will be much happier in two weeks. Two weeks! Ick!]
